Consignments Include:
  • 15 Second calf one raising set of Angus pair that will have a choice set of Angus calves at their side.  Cows will be selling back as open for the bull of your choice.      Cows are all home raised and the calf raising kind. (1)
  • 20 First calf one raising set of Angus pair that will have a choice set of Angus calves at their side.  Heifers will be open for the bull of your choice.  They are gentle and have been handled the right way.  (2)

32 One raising set of bred Herford/Akaushi cross heifers in which 21 will be ½ bloods and 8 will be ¾ Akaushi.  They are all ocv.  Heifers will be red baldies and have had low birth weight Woodstone Ranch Black Angus bulls turned out March 30th for 120 days.  Heifers will be palpated and sorted into uniform lots.  They are home raised on the Brown Ranch.  (3)
51 Red Angus/Akauski cross heifers that had low birth weight Woodstone Ranch Black Angus bulls turned out with them starting March 30 for 120 days.  Heifers are all ocv.  Of this group 49 will be ½ Red Angus ½ Akaushi and 2 will be ¾ Akaushi ¼ Red Angus.  These red heifers are all one raising coming from the Brown Ranch.   • 40 Brangus heifers that will be selling as medium to long bred to proven low birth weight Angus bulls.  Heifers will average 1000 lbs and will be current on all shots.  They are very gentle and will come to feed.  Don’t miss this set of productive heifers. (5)
  • 65 Young baby tooth (5 years or younger) Angus and Angus plus pair with Charolais and Angus sired calves at their side and have been running back with Angus bulls and should sell mostly as 3in1’s.  Calves have all been worked and will weigh 275-450 lbs.  Pairs will be sorted and shaped according to kind and pregnancy. (6)
  • 10 Open Beefmaster heifers that are ocv and have had their shots.  They will be red in color and weigh 650-700 lbs.  They are all one raising and will not be carrying any brands. (7)
  • 30 Fancy Brangus heifers bred to low birth weight Brangus bulls.  These females are all one raising and ocv.  Heifers will be 4-6 months bred.   (8)

34 Choice Beefmaster heifers that will calve starting around February out of low birth weight Becton Ranch Red Angus bulls.  Heifers will be solid red or dun in color.  They are all one raising coming from the Nolan Ryan Ranch.  They will be sorted into uniform groups.  (9)

  • 25 First calf red and red baldie pair with most having a touch of ear.  Pairs have been running back with Hereford and Angus bulls with most being 3in1’s.  They all will have matching eartags.  Gentle and come to feed. (10)

19 Black motley faced heifers long bred to registered low birth weight Brangus bulls.  These females are out of Hereford cows and Angus bulls.  They are all one raising and gentle. (11)

  • 31 Choice Angus heifers out of registered sires and dams.  These females will turn two in January and February and are bred to start calving December 25th to low birth weight registered Angus bulls.  These heifers are all ocv and current on vaccinations.   (12)

30 Long bred Brangus heifers bred to low birth weight Brangus bulls.  These females are out of Gene Trust and Mound Creek genetics.  These long bred females are the front pasture kind and are all one raising and hot wire broke.  These heifers are coming from the Saul Cattle Company which has been raising these Brangus heifers for 37 years.  (13)
